Kitchen 73 is a neighbourhood eatery that has an almost equal balance between breakfast and lunch hours. Business during the traditional peak hours is also supplemented by cocktail sales as well as being a great place to meet for a draft beer or glass of wine.

Kitchen 73 is changing how Canadians think about breakfast. Our food is a healthful, wholesome and guilt free indulgence made from fresh, never frozen ingredients with delicious gluten-free options, to create the best tasting dishes possible. Our urban hip design setting will attract an up scale clientele.

Kitchen 73 provides an extensive training and support program to help you every step of the way. It all starts with three weeks of training at our corporate locations for your general manager, your kitchen manager and your front of the house manager. This initial training occurs 30-45 days prior to your restaurant opening and teaches your key management staff what they need to run your restaurant. When your store opens we also provide a trainer to assist you at your location for the first week (longer, if necessary). Training continues with your personal Franchise Business Advisor who works with you step by step on an ongoing basis.

The estimated initial investments to establish a Kitchen 73 franchise is from $460,000 to $795,000. This includes inventory, point of sale system, grand opening marketing, two month’s rent, permits and working capital to open your business. This also includes a franchise fee of $30,000 as well as the restaurant furnishings, equipment and location build out.

Kitchen 73 does not offer any direct financing but we can recommend some third party financing options for you. We have arrangements with equipment leasing companies with options available to individuals with good credit. If you have a retirement fund, we can also recommend some great programs that allow you to borrow against your retirement fund without paying penalties or taxes.
